    As 2012 approaches UTVRR

As 2012 approaches we are making headway into some really exciting stuff for UTVRR. It will keep UTVRR at the top of the racing game and add professionalism to the series unparalleled with any racing in the southeast.

A lot of lessons learned during our maiden season have been taken on board and changes are being considered. I cannot say much right now but I can tell you that Racertech have already said they want to be part of the series in 2012 and I am speaking with other sponsors.

I am trying to work out how we can get a cash payout as well as other very very cool stuff. You guys have stuck with UTVRR in it's maiden season and I want to thank you all for it. You have been heard and if I can get my plans to come on top then you will be very happy indeed.

I promise you that some really exciting and cool stuff is on it's way. As I can release more info I will but right now I just wanted you to all know that huge strides are being made.

The first question I need to know is how many races next year does the community want. I will also be talking to the drivers committee to get some feedback on items I cannot disclose to the general forum.

Please give you opinions in this poll.

    Jason,
Although I have only had the opportunity to run one race I want to thank you for the efforts you have put into this. The one race I have run was the most fun I've had with clothes on in a long time. and I think my wife had just as much fun in the pit area lol.
Definitely look forward to next season as well as the end of this season. Hell who knows with a little luck(and some wings) maybe I can get off the bottom of the lap times.

Very cool Ray Ray, thanks for the support.

I have just heard from Trail Armor and they are interested in maintaining their sponsorship into 2012 also! This shows a great deal of support and vision from our sponsors. Also the faith in UTVRR to become all that it can be.

Also, my opinion which is strictly my opinion is at least 6 weeks. My point is, for the people that are a good distance away they can restock their $$$ for travel and make all the races. The longer race season could mean racing in different seasons. It would give people opportunities to race other events, and also fix broken machines and not have to worry about getting it done asap when $$$ might be tight. I dont know if that makes sense, just trying to shed some light on why I like it being every other month!

perhaps throwing a couple short course races inbetween the endurance races would be a happy middle ground so any one could race once a month at dp but without affecting you stats on the RR.

i see your point and dint think of it since we are 60 miles away from durhamtown and go there once a fortnight anyway, i wanted every four weeks minimum but again i see it from the other side too now
