Thread: UTVRR 2012 Announcement (From DTP)

Jason and I met on Sunday to discuss what we could do to take the rally raid to the next level there has been some discussion about it possible changing names or locations or what ever rumor was going around.

Durhamtown is committed as well as Jason is committed to making the rally raid the best and strongest UTV series on the east coast.

Jason and I have agreed on a partnership for the 2012 season and the name of the series for the long course and the Short course Championships.

Jason has put a lot of time and effort to bring this series to the customers, Durhamtown has also committed a lot of time and expense to keep the series alive and well

Together Jason and I will take it to the next level of Amateur and Professional level of racing with some of the best sponsorships in the racing industry

Along with some excellent racing connections from many of the racers this series will hopefully have one of the largest $$$$$ and prize payouts in the country, with all the support from the racers and the sponsors this series can only keep growing

We are currently in talks with more sponsors coming on board with more contingencies, this will add a lot more to the series. There are plans to expand the race course locations on the East Coast and host some large regional events in the near future.

The Future of this series has been determined and will be growing rapidly over the next several years

Is anything going to change as far as class rules or number of class' i love the way things are now. I have friends interested in racing in the near future too. They like the fact u can buy a machine as is and race it.

Nothing will change for this season. The Championship stays in tact. Next season we will look back at this season and use it as reference for the 2012 classes. If it shows we need to change them then we will have to make change but there will always be a class for new comers.

No one gets left behind.
