Thread: Spangs Fab Teryx build

Over the winter we will be turning are mostly stock Teryx into a beast. Will be cutting out most the stock chassis and doing a tube chassis with Racer tech +6 long travel kit and muzzy for the power plant. Should have everything done by the start of the TREC series April 2 at the badlands. Hears a couple of pictures of it striped down for the most part.

First we need to repair the front passenger side lower A arm mount cut it off placed 2 rib gussets on the inside then welded it all back together. This will be a lot stronger now and will add some gussets to the out side. The driver side wasn’t bent so no need to cut it off so we placed a gussets as far as we could and still be able to weld it from the inside and will also put gussets on the out side as well.

we have the frame all cut down and cleaned up for the most part now time to start doing some tubing on it and get the LT kit on.

That's some nice work, man you really have that thing striped out and cut down, hummm what was that again hehe it looks like a pile of metal in one of those pics.

ya now time for the fun part doing all the tube work

Ya any updates???? Well I wish got really busy this winter and should have the time in the next couple of weeks to get it all done hopefully before the April race fingers crossed.

My fingers are crossed. Would like to actually say hello at the next race. Hope to see you there.
